Uudam Nguyen at SVA

I recently stopped by the graduate studios at SVA to see the work of UuDam Nguyen. VERY fascinating, not at all for the faint hearted and definitely thought-provoking. His new work will be on display at the SVA MFA BEST Thesis Show. Unlike his earlier work, which I found much more sculptural, this latest piece has an audio component that works in close harmony with the visual aspects. The opening night is January 11, 2005 from 6pm to 8pm.
