Mì hoánh?

This is very interesting - I could have sworn chị Tâm, who watches Liêm while I work the days away, told me this was mì hoánh. Two nights a week she cooks noodle soups I have never come across living on the East Coast. Noodlepie calls it mì hoánh thanh, unless someone can tell me different, I'm going to assume the thanh means the addition of wonton?

As far as I know it hoánh thanh = won ton in Vietnamese. And I would just call what she made you without the wonton...Mi.

hoành thánh, not hoánh thanh. Hoành Thánh means wonton, usually served with egg noodle.
