In the days before blogging was so prevalent, it was harder to find other Vietnamese on the East Coast. I recently stumbled across a beautiful image of thit kho that made me drool, at Cathy's blog gas-tron-o-my. She has alot of other great food shots and while Philadelphia is not New York, it's pretty close.
